ALBERT S. ROBINSON, partner in the firm, has over 35 years experience in the two major areas of his practice, trust and estate planning and administration, and municipal law. He serves as private trustee to clients with a broad range of family issues. He has served as Town Counsel of the Town of Wellesley since 1977, and from time to time as special counsel assisting other communities on discreet issues, especially affecting regulatory efforts over land use, including private development and issues over zoning authority and compliance.

Mr. Robinson has extensive experience in trial and appellate representation. On behalf of the Town of Wellesley he has achieved significant rulings by the Supreme Judicial Court confirming for state-wide application a town's home rule authority and its interest in preserving when possible affordable housing in perpetuity, among other notable litigation results.
