JENNIFER A. BINGHAM is a partner at Grindle Robinson LLP.  She concentrates her practice in the area of matrimonial law and domestic relations law, including representing individuals in all aspects of divorce, paternity, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and child custody matters.  She has earned an outstanding reputation with clients for her approach of strong advocacy balanced with practical judgment about complicated family matters to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.   Ms. Bingham is a Fellow in the National American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.  Ms. Bingham regularly appears before the Probate and Family Courts of Middlesex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Plymouth and Worcester Counties. She has taught CLE accredited programs on trial practice, employment compensation, complex valuation, custody and support related matters.   She has lectured at Suffolk University Law School and Boston College School of Law.   Ms. Bingham has also authored materials in the area of family law for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and the Boston Bar Journal. 

A graduate of the University of Rhode Island and New England School of Law, Ms. Bingham is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and New York State Bar, and admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.   Ms. Bingham has been named by Boston Magazine as a Rising Star since 2005 and more recently in 2013 she was named a Super Lawyer in the category of family law.  She is listed in Naifeh & Smith’s “Best Lawyers in America”, as well as Boston Magazine “Top Women Attorneys in Massachusetts.” She is acting Treasurer for the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court Inn of Court, and serves on the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Family Law Advisory Board. She formerly served as the Chair of the Legislation Committee for the Family Law Section of the Boston Bar Association.

Before entering private practice, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Justices of the Probate and Family Court where she focused on family and probate law.
